September 30, 2024The maintenance staff never came to repair the issue but simply closed the maintenance request. The community office staff helped schedule a new appointment for Thursday at 5 PM, but no one showed up on time. The next day, another staff member from the community office said that the technician wouldn’t be working on Thursday. TI have no idea when someone will come to fix it.Review from Apartments.com

June 15, 2022The increase in the number of residents with dogs, and the barking done by those dogs, has certainly affected the quality of life in the community. The sound level has been relatively tolerable the last few months because I keep my windows closed due to the outside temperatures. This doesn't completely block out the noise of the barking, but it does diminish it.
