September 10, 2025I’ve had such a great experience living at Villas DEste! The community is absolutely beautiful and always well maintained, it truly feels like home. The staff here is what really makes the difference. Jia, Gisselle, Jillian, and Victor are amazing! They’re always friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. September 5, 2025First, let me say the entire staff is friendly and courteous and much appreciated. However, many residents are just the opposite. Leave trash cans out all the time, parking is a major issue, and dog owners do not pick up and walk their dogs where restricted. Units need updating, landscaping is an issue, no edging trim, and blow the grass cuttings onto the patios, do not edge or replace mulch that they blow away. 3 years ago, I repaired damaged exterior trim with stucco, and it is still not ...painted. The air conditioner works after Freon is put in it. Patios and the entry need repair, to sand and bring them to the original cement finish. Paint will not stay because of the deluge of water that comes off un-guttered roofing. I live here because of the proximity to my work, and an attached garage, but I pay a premium for that convience.
