April 3, 2025Overall, I am pleased with living in the Villas at Houston Levee. It is a relatively quiet and comfortable living experience. March 28, 2025Gate is always broken. Pool is clean sometimes. Grass gets mowed. Dog friendly. Otherwise it’s a nice place to live. People are sometimes nice. Really kinda upset about the gate.Review from Apartments.com

January 29, 2025Overall this is an awesome place to live!! I feel safe living here and will recommend to others. The only thing that I would like to see change is the rent going down. I honestly feel more people would love to experience living here for a reasonable amount. I feel there is need for upgrades such as stainless steel appliances and other amenities since this is considered upscale apartment.Property Manager Responded
