September 14, 2024Villas of Old Concord are very nice apartments. I have lived here for 3 years. Location is convenient to the highway. The maintenance crew is very good too. The only complaint I have is the dumpster area, people are leaving their furniture and their trash bags on the ground. It is nasty some days. June 9, 2024I have lived her since 2021. My experience has been very positive. I love the location and my apartment. The staff is very helpful too. The maintenance guys are very good. It doesn't take them long to respond to service calls. I wish they would have some events that we could meet people from our complex. I did not know anyone.Property Manager Responded
