May 13, 2021I moved here at the beginning of the pandemic when apts. everywhere had restricted viewing. So glad I did, I love my apartment. Great neighbors and attentive management team. I renewed recently and look forward to another year here.Review from Apartments.com

REGRETS MOVING HERE
January 11, 2018Inconsistent management nasty disposition. Assistant is rude as well.. ergant repairs aren't tented to in a timely matter.. Bug infested, windows sealed shut Moving in low class disrespectful tenants, homeless coming in after 5pm sleeping in stair cases ,no sercurity / camera's they have but don't expect results when something happens .. it is just plain sad how the elderly are treated .. No more cable ... apartments homes " ARE NOT" newly renovated unless you consider 3 new plants and new ...chairs and a table in the lobby as so.. during the cold weather the building didn't have heat, hallways and community rooms were freezing ,washer and dryers dont work..its a mess....Think twice ask questions and ask to see what they offer and will do for you ,get it in writing...Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 11, 2017I keep calling and texting on how to lease an apt there and I get no response what so ever!... after 5 calls/messages someone answered and just said "we don't have any apts available now there's a 6 to 9 month wait list... but the recording says busy showing apts. called headquarters once an calling again Monday morning first thing!Review from Apartments.com

April 21, 2017I moved my mother in a year ago. The new management they have now is super nice and friendly. The staff is always doing events for my mom. She has met a few neighbors and everyone is very kind. She loves the fact that she can get out of her space and hang out and be social in the chlub room they have or go out side on the desk and read a book. They even have a fitness center and craft room! It is right downtown so i can swing by and take her to lunch nearby. Very nice community. I would suggest ...it for anyone not looking to spend a fortune for rent. September 26, 2015The Viridian is a large apartment building. Residents are over 55, Disabled, and Veterans. Plus its pet friendly Assigned parking is available. Basic cable is offered. Very quiet neighborhood. Fellow residents are friendly. There are many activities in our community room such as sewing, health fairs, and more. We have a garden terrace in the rear where there are flowers and herb gardens.
