October 25, 2024Nice complex, a little outdated but above average. Office hours, at times, are inconsistent! Neighborhood is nice and fairly quiet. Been here almost 2 1/2 years. Rent is a little over priced. This past summer the pool was not opened until after the 4th of JulyProperty Manager Responded

October 20, 2024Our experience has been very good overall. Alexis and Amber are completely awesome! They are very caring, hospitable, attentive, respectful, and supportive! The best I’ve seen in their field of work. We love the community, and the amenities. Just as I expected we would. In our search of making this large decision of where we wanted to live for the next 12-14 months. It came down to 2 choices. We pick this community over the other one specifically for the garden tubs. We were really looking ...forward to it. We sometimes go on vacation just to use the garden tubs so to have one in our home would have been life changing for us. We love to take baths. We even bought stuff specifically for the garden tub. On our first day of moving in, we discovered that our unit didn’t have a garden tub and we were so disappointed. We spent all of our money on movers so moving again was not an option. We did receive a $200 credit but that is simply not enough to cover our disappointment.Property Manager Responded

October 2, 2024Overall, it's not bad. They do a lot of little things, like free donuts and coffee, but it's usually when most of us are at work and can enjoy the benefits. Of course, if we don't go to work, we can pay our rent to live here. LOLProperty Manager Responded

September 15, 2024The amenities could be better. I definitely enjoy the location as I have a dog and being inside a very pretty and large neighbor is great. I feel safe walking my dog as well.Property Manager Responded
