    Can't beat the location but the management team is awful. Nonresponsive, disorganized, doesn't take care of the property well or its tenants. Avoid avoid avoid.

    Not sure how this property shows 5 stars when there are only 1 star reviews... The absolute worst management company I have ever dealt with. Don't call you back, don't email you back, and clearly don't care. Maintenance takes forever and is wrong. Simple tasks take months. The apartments are nice but I will not be renewing because I refuse to give my rent money to a company that so clearly doesn't care about the customer experience.

    Run away. The new management team is absentee at best. During the last huge snow storm, the was no snow removal for 1 days, some cars got stuck in the parking lots (not those of us with SUVs). Too expensive for what you're getting.

    October 7, 2015
    Laramar management has taken over this building. And as always, when the builder leaves and a new manager comes in, things are not good. The carpets are all peed on by dogs. There are break-ins in the covered parking lot. Really, not a good place to live.
