Do not rent from this place!!
June 12, 2021They are the worst do not fall into the trap do not rent from these people it is awful. Their staff is horrible the office is horrible and they are notorious for making people move out with no notice. They will tow your car just because it’s not parked in the right area. There have been several break-ins it is by far the worst place ever to be at.Property Manager Responded

December 9, 2020This place is great!! It is off the main road and still has great access to the interstate. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My family loves it here!
November 18, 2020My husband and I moved here in March, right as everything was shutting down because of Covid. It was a very stressful time for us, and everyone in the office was very helpful. They answered all of our questions, and helped us make our move up here as easy as possible. We have two small children, and they love the play areas. They have a fenced in area for dogs, which our pup loves as well! I would definitely recommend living here!Property Manager Responded

Amazing property
October 28, 2020I moved down here around 3 months ago, site unseen and I’m not going to lie, i was so nervous! But i can honestly say this has been the best decision. The office staff is amazing.. my apartment is specious and i love the community. Everyone is extremely friendly. I’m so glad i made Waterford Crossings my home! If your considering moving, check this place out, it’s close to downtown, Murfreesboro, Brentwood, etc. on top of it the amenities are awesome! You won’t regret it!Property Manager Responded

Nice but beware of current status
September 12, 2020Nice apartments. But beware. Currently there is construction going on near the property that is super loud and is enough to hear through the community. They begin everyday around 6:15a and last until about 6p. As I type this it is 6:35a on a SATURDAY. Yes. I wanted to sleep in after a very long and stressful week. Everyday I am woken up an hour to 2 hours before my alarm clock and now Saturday I have no peace. Will be breaking my lease or leaving property as soon as lease is up if this continues. ...It has been going on for at least a month currently.Property Manager Responded
