February 25, 2025Can't beat the price for a rental here based on location. With that being said, amenities and security measures are at a BARE MINIMUM. Gates are constantly left open, mailboxes broken, packages stolen, dogs off leash, dog poop everywhere. Water constantly being shut off. No dog park area and pool closed about half of the summers. November 22, 2024Rough around the edges for sure, with minimal amenities for the community, but overall a great place to live. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear basically all your neighbors 90% of the time, but mostly everyone is friendly.
