February 19, 2025It nice and mostly quiet but my neighbor below has dogs that bark constantly and it's tough to ignore. No events to meet residents and the apartment staff/maintenence is sad. I wish they something going on.Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2025I came to Waters Edge because of a recommendation from a coworker. I did tour another newer complex before visiting this one and the leasing lady there told me I definitely needed to tour Waters Edge. I am so glad I did! Clover was fantastic and the tenants that I've met have been so welcoming! I admire the structure of these apartments, especially after visiting newer complexes that just don't seem as well built. August 23, 2024Clover and Pam are super friendly and very welcoming. We enjoyed the tour and the different apartments we saw. It's like they have a different apartment that fits whatever your needs are. We love the one we picked. My favorite is the washer and dryer in the unit and, of course, all the amenities.Property Manager Responded
