January 1, 2025I came to Waters Edge because of a recommendation from a coworker. I did tour another newer complex before visiting this one and the leasing lady there told me I definitely needed to tour Waters Edge. I am so glad I did! Clover was fantastic and the tenants that I've met have been so welcoming! I admire the structure of these apartments, especially after visiting newer complexes that just don't seem as well built. July 12, 2024Great safe area to live in. I love living here. It’s so peaceful and quiet. Very hidden. Just wish we didn’t have the gates. This area was already safe.
