December 5, 2022I hate the cement floors. They are cold and cracking. When I decided to rent apartment. The ad said wood flooring. I pay to much for cold ugly cement flooring. I see new apartments developments in the area for the same amount that I am paying here at Wayfare. They have vinyl wood look that are beautiful. The cement floors in my apartment are grey and old looking wish at least they would update to vinyl wood look. It does not cost that much for what we are paying to live here. The office cares about concerns. Maintenance is absolutely amazing and super responsive! The office is kind enough to throw events throughout the year for us.
