    The West Broad staff is very resident friendly, willing to listen and always trying to help when asked. The amenities provided are really great. The morning coffee service is an excellent way to get to know other residents. The pop-up parties are also wonderful; two this past week!

    This is my first time living in an apartment. The building is great with lots of amenities. The employees are fantastic, very helpful, cheerful and kind. Location is close to many restaurants.

    Very helpful staff Great location and amenities, but noise can be an issue. Maintenance is prompt, and the community feel is welcoming. Overall, a solid choice.

    Staff is fantastic....extremely helpful. Good communicators. The public areas are always beautifully maintained. Being above Harris & Teeter is great.
