October 13, 2021Avoid this place as they charge exuberant fees for moving in and moving out. When asked what is the fee reason there is no response.Additional but refundable elevator fees of an extra $500 are charged. Rental prices are relatively expensive when compared to newly constructed buildings in the area with much better amenities and better incentives.Review from Apartments.com
