money hungry -do not live here
April 13, 2024They will charge you lots of hidden fees , especially when you move out. no where in the lease does it say you have to pay for a professional cleaner and carpet cleaner or else you get charged hundreds of dollars. my apartment was very very clean when I left (I even took photos of how clean it was without any damages because I KNEW they would charge me for something as they are money hungry). When you call and ask how they can legally charge you if you never signed that as part of your contract ...they get nasty with you. live anywhere else trust me.Property Manager Responded
