February 3, 2025Do not live here. When we toured in October, we were told the unit we signed up for had an attached garage (leasing team #1). Upon move-in in December, we were told the only available garage was 4 buildings over, and when asked about the attached garage the touring agent told us about, the move-in agent’s answer was ‘well why do you think she was fired’ (leasing team #2). In February, they double assigned our carport and their solution was to sell us another garage (at least this was closer). ...Never got another assigned carport. In April, the garage spring broke and it took just short of a month to be repaired (we were transitioning to round #3 of front office staff) with no garage fee removed or anything to mitigate no garage for a month. In August, our water heater broke. We were also on round #4 of front office staff. It took maintenance coming out 4 times to determine it was broken and their solution was a key to a random apartment so we could shower and wash dishes (completely different part of the building and 3 floors up). It took a Warranty of Habitability demand letter to get it replaced. The office never communicated with us, just sent the contractor to our unit and all our communication was with the contractor. You will hear ALL the street racing on HW 36. All night, year round. There is zero noise blocking in the units. If you have a second floor unit with interior stairs, you will hear everything from your downstairs neighbors unit. The trash is a singular compactor for the entire complex so it’s regularly full and there is always piles of trash outside of it. Check your fire extinguisher. Ours was empty at move in and wasn’t filled until late October (10 months into our lease). Our unit looked nothing like the show unit, and wasn’t even cleaned before we moved in. The dishwasher didn’t open all the way due to the oven, our blinds were broken, cracked and poorly repaired bathroom counter and sink, warped windows that barely close (lots of force), and an uneven front door. The floors are uneven and it almost feels like it’s sinking in some areas. We never got to use any amenities because our keys didn’t work and the pool was closed until July anyways. Don’t waste your time. This was easily the worst place we’ve ever lived and the worst apartment experience we’ve ever had. And even if you do decide to live here, they’ll push you out with a renewal that’s $400 more a month.Property Manager Responded

Regarding the water heater issue, while it took a couple of visits to determine the best solution, we did replace the unit as soon as it was clear that it could not be repaired. We also provided a temporary solution with access to another unit to use until the issue was resolved. As for the street racing on Highway 36, unfortunately, there’s not much we can do to control that external noise and that the local authorities should have been contacted. We haven’t received maintenance requests for some of the other issues you mentioned, but if we had been notified, we would have been more than happy to assist in getting them addressed right away. Stay away from Westcliff
September 20, 2024This is the worst Apartment complex in the world. My daughter moved there in May due to medical school rotation and it has been a nightmare. Her unit on the 2nd floor was flooded from upstairs and the unit ceiling and walls as well personal property was damaged. Westcliff wants her to move to a new unit but she is being forced to sign a new lease and pay prorated rent even though she already paid her full rent in her current unit. She has been living elsewhere for the past few weeks due to the ...condition of her unit. The new management us no different from the old. Stay away!Property Manager Responded

Don’t waste your time and money!
August 5, 2024“Luxury” apartments? Between the weekly mountain of trash because there’s only one trash compactor, the couple unexplainable fees on top of the already insanely high rent prices and the lack of care from the management team that gave it the “landlord special” before we moved in. There are countless reasons why I will never recommend this place to anybody. July 26, 2024I live there for a year and department manager is not straightforward with answers and cannot handle to be professional. The garbage collection is horrendous many rats and creatures because the garbage is not picked up and it's overflowed on a weekly basis without being addressed months on end. Snow removal for sidewalks only at the main office rest of the apartments slippery. Had two instances of police with assault rifles and one murder and the bottom apartment.Review from Apartments.com
Don't Waste Your Time
April 29, 2024I tried really hard to live here. Despite the negative reviews, I went forward trying to become a resident, but it seems like they don't want residents. I submitted an application within an hour after touring the property, was approved within 48 hours, and then was completely GHOSTED by the property management. We had to follow up almost a dozen times just to get a correct welcome letter and then had to wait for over a MONTH AND A HALF to simply receive the lease. Mind you, I didn't get a lease ...until just 1.5 weeks prior to my intended move in date after I had applied a month and a half earlier. Every time we asked for the lease, we got a generic excuse. Getting anxious, I called the property to discuss and they had no idea who I was or what apartment I was meant to move into. Due to the lack of communication, I had no choice but to tour other places and eventually found a better option. Oddly enough, Westcliff apartments (with many vacancies) acted like they didn't want me to live there and made it essentially impossible to do so. They are charging astronomical price increases to current residents to renew their lease and slashing prices to get new residents. December 12, 2021This apartment complex like other reviews is far luxury. During the summer months the pool was closed almost every other weekend for maintenance. Trash is constantly overflowing at the dumpster and surrounding dog poop areas. Dog poop everywhere in grass. Front desk staff do not respond to emails. I went in to complain about the rising communicty shared water bill ($150/mo for a 2 bedroom) and the office manager told me "tough luck, you should have read your lease". Horrible experience!
November 11, 2021We waited 4 days to get an answer back on our applications. The leasing agent gave us bad information and the manager was extremely rude and condescending, adding insult to injury! Do not submit an application unless you are desperate. There are better places. We have already found one for less money, a better location, more square footage, and excellent responsiveness (less than 3 hours). Read the reviews on this place. Just don’t do it
August 23, 2021Every time it rains I have to turn power off to one of my rooms because water goes straight in to the power outlet. The trash is disgusting. It’s always full and because it’s always full it blows all over the complex. I called because my pay period is changing at the end of my paternity leave and I want to pay rent on the 3rd. Manger was rude cut me off and gave me the if I do it for you I have to do it for everyone is going to be changing me late fee.
