June 21, 2022I have lived here for more 4 years, it has steadily gone downhill, complete lack of management, poorly kept grounds, lots of drug activity, gross pool that’s never open. 3 cars have been stolen in the last 2 months from a “secure lot” but conveniently the management is unable to pull up the security footage. Don’t bother even applying here it’s not worth it.Review from Apartments.com
Some good, some blah
August 25, 2015While this complex offers a manageable rent with a still-in-Portland address, it's located on an unattractive strip of Division St. the main purpose of which is fast traffic to Gresham. Above 82nd Ave., Division St. is not an inspiring landscape to pass through, but there is a lot of surrounding greenery, a Buddhist temple around the corner, and convenient shopping at Division St. Center. The complex itself is very well landscaped and maintained, with friendly management, and has a recently ...renovated pool! The apartment is "servicable," pretty basic but with lots of closet and shelf storage. My least favorite feature is that the kitchen is right off the living room. A decent value for today's rental market but not a "real" neighborhood. Right on the #4 bus line.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
