Whitehall Mill is centrally located in Baltimore City next to the beautiful, historical Jones Falls and is just blocks from all of the shopping and dining of the Avenue in Hampden. With easy access to I-83 and the Light Rail System, you will be minutes from downtown Baltimore, Mount Vernon, Penn Station, Towson and other great nearby communities. Whitehall Mill is also in close proximity to some of Maryland’s top universities and attractions including Johns Hopkins University, Loyola University, Baltimore Museum of Art and The Maryland Zoo. While our location provides easy access around Baltimore, at Whitehall Mill, you may never want to leave home. The mostly loft-style apartment homes, as part of a mixed use project, will be surrounded by activity, with a future retail marketplace and restaurant, with several outdoor areas to enjoy. Whitehall offers elements of what makes an urban environment function, a place where people work and live. This type of arrangement avoids duplication of parking by allowing the shared use of the parking for the office and residential uses. It reduces the demand for driving by enabling people to live and work in the same location. Beyond the offices, there is a large residential community comprised of Hampden, Stone Hill and Brick Hill, the residents of which can walk to the Mill.
