What a Great Adult Community
July 31, 2024I moved here last winter from Palm Beach County and I cannot say enough good things. Dealing with Nellie during the leasing process was very smooth and easy. She and Jackie are always so pleasant whenever I visit the office. The maintenance staff is the greatest I have ever experienced; quick to respond and fix whatever the issue might be. Overall, I cannot think of a better community for me to live in.Property Manager Responded

Great Adult Community
June 17, 2022We just moved from Scottsdale, AZ. From the first time we made contact with Cathy (Manager) and Jackie (Asst. Manager), we knew there was something special about this community. The place is absolutely beautiful. The management staff is super friendly and professional. The maintenance crew is second to none. Any issues are resolved immediately. We highly recommend Willow Pond Apartments to all those looking for an active retirement place within few minutes to the beach.Review from Apartments.com
kicked out after we we're told not to worry
December 14, 2021my husband, my son and i moved from port orange December of last year. January 2021 rolls around and willow pond and flynn management sends us a letter saying they are implementing a 55 and up community (again), we express concerns about our lease, they tell us "not to worry, as long as the complex maintains an 80/20 ratio" we are allowed to stay. nothing from them up until 3 weeks ago. i come home from work to a note on my door saying we have until December 30th to move and our lease will not be ...renewed. we pleaded with the office, we wrote one email to the owner at flynn management pleading for an extension and the office called back saying the owner will not grant any kind of extension to us. no actual reply from the owner. all while working our jobs, and scrambling for the holiday season and trying to find another apartment. i know I'm not owed anything in this life, ive seen a lot of good in my life, I've seen a lot of rotten in my life. I'm just speechless right now. this just doesn't feel right to be told one thing, kept in the dark only to be surprised with this?!... our last apartment we lived at for over 11 years, if we would have known we were only going to have to move after a year we wouldn't have taken this apartment, we wouldn't have unpacked. when we were searching last year we had options and right now with the current economy and housing market we have almost none. I'm very hopeful we will find something or at the very least a temporary stepping stone but this position the owner of willow ponds at flynn management has put us in is very stressful, unnecessary and dare i say, heartless. i hope no one ever has to deal with the stress of having a place to call home, in a beautiful community only to have it ripped from you and your hard working husband and 6 year old child a year later during the holiday season. like i said i know I'm not owed anything in this life, i do not expect handouts, I've worked my whole adult life before, during and after college. my husband has been employed at the same place for over 12 years. this just doesn't feel right... to put it in another perspective now, the time we have to take to go applying for another apartment, could be spent working or spending time with family and money that could be put towards the holiday season now put into apartment applications is so frustrating as a mom.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
