September 15, 20151219 Willow is a great apartment building for those looking to rent on smaller sized budget in Hoboken. In our 3BR, there is lots of walk-in and living room space, a large bedroom, medium-sized kitchen, two smaller bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. All appliances were in relatively new upon moving in and the building has remained in very good condition throughout my four year tenancy. Nothing fancy, but considerably more affordable than other buildings in the area. Management is very responsive ...towards repairs/concerns. The management company also allows tenants to pay rent online or via a mobile app, which is convenient. Perfect location for those who commute to the NY via bus, as the last stop in Hoboken is only a block away. Light Rail is a short walk, and Path train is approx. 1 mile away. Very close to great local spots including the Pilsner Haus, Pier 13 and the local favorite (and dog-friendly!) Ale House. Recommended for those on a budget, looking to split rent among roommates, do not need high-end amenities.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
