Amazing Apartment and Wonderful Managment Team
July 30, 2019What an amazing 3 years of living in Windover Oaks. Management was always very quick to respond to issues or problems swiftly and efficiently whenever something arose. I've lived in 4 apartments over the last 10 years and this is without a doubt the nicest staff I've had the privilege of interacting with. If certain life situations weren't involved I would've loved to have called Windiver Oaks my home if just for a little while longer. Best wishes to the staff, and I hope the next tenant who ...lives in 194 will enjoy it as much as I have.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Care and SAFETY of property
August 7, 2017Though they usually take care of maintenance issues in a reasonable time frame they tend to ignore landscape / pool security issues. We live in the unit next to to the overspent underused dog park. Meanwhile the slope of the terrine in our building, has caused a wash out / landslide on our sidewalk and porches ? Mentioned it to management several times, even offer to repair it if they provide the planks? No reply. Non residence are commuting in to use our supposedly locked pool. Outdated unsafe ...chairs and could use a non rotted picnic table or two for (residence) use? without hornets preferably. These are not costly issues, or grievances. But considering what the shareholders and, this complex, management team chooses to ignore but still charge for, is a concern! Thank you for what its worth? We await your response.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst apartment management team
July 1, 2017living here three years and the management does not go by the rules but whether they like you or not. Amanda is the worst, she is one nasty, disrespectful, rude, low class individual. I had a great first apartment but was forced to move because the morons who put my bathtub in, put it in wrong. I was forced to move into a rundown apartment that was never painted, did not get a new rug or appliances. complained for months about A/C unit to no avail. Until it stopped working and then I had to wait ...weeks for a new unit. Managent also lets anyone rent, Even undesirables, they walk around begging FOR cigarettes or knock on your door asking FOR money. The tenants don't mind their own business but start a lot of trouble for the others. There is a cop on site but you never see him, EVER, even when needed and if you complain to management for anything, Jeremy will threaten to throw you out of your apartment, even if your complaint is valid. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, LOOK ELSEWHERE!! FOR YOUR OWN GOOD and Peace of mind!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTSProperty Manager Responded
January 5, 2018Thank you for your feedback. At Windover Oaks, we strive to provide superior service and a comfortable environment for all of our residents and their guests. While it is not possible to please everyone 100% of the time, we are pleased that we usually receive positive feedback from the vast majority of our residents. However, in this specific case, it appears that we have failed to meet your needs. We regret this situation, and we hope that you will continue to work with us to find an acceptable solution. As you know, we have already resolved this matter, and we hope you will continue to work with us in good faith. We appreciate your patience.

Worst management possible
May 17, 2017Apartments are nice and well maintained. The reason this place gets one star is because the management is absolutely terrible. They are disgustingly disorganized and never give warnings about anything. Just today they handed out flyers for a flea treatment happening tomorrow. So even though I work a double shift tomorrow and I work tonight I somehow need to get a ridiculous checklist of things done for pest control before 9am tomorrow. A proper business should give warning for these sort of ...things. This is not the first time they have put me in a situation like this and I have given many complaints but they do not care. I do not recommend this complex at all and I will make 100% sure I never rent from any related complexes. Please avoid yourself a headache and do not rent here because you will regret renting from child minded imbeciles.Property Manager Responded

SECTION 8 LIVING AT LUXURY PRICES
October 16, 2015First of all these apartments are old and you can tell bare minimal work has been put in to improve them in any way. The tennis courts here look like what you would imagine a tennis court to look like 10 years after the apocolypse. The management staff will tell all of the residents your personal business and create drama with the residents. It's like going back to high school when you step into the office. Breed restrictions you say. Yeah maybe for you, but not all the other people who live ...here with pits and other dangerous breeds. Let's talk about the drug deals out by the mailboxes at all times of day. Yeah so the onsite sheriffs deputy sure makes this place safe. LOL The place is falling apart. There's caution tape by retaining walls that are falling and steps that aren't safe to walk on to get into your apartment. I hope you know which ones are safe so you don't fall through. The buildings are rotting and the foundations cracking. The prices for the apartments are going to be going up due to mediocre upgrades and that will raise the prices to luxury living prices yet you are living in section 8 quality housing. You couldn't get me to stay here if they offered me free rent for 6 months.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Mediocre at best
August 8, 2015I've been here for a year and a half in a two bedroom, one bathroom unit. The rooms are a fair size but the apartment layout is inconvenient. There are windows only along the front wall so there's no possibility of a cross breeze, which is unfortunate in Florida. The bathroom door cuts the corner and opens to the inside which means you have to back up all the way to the bathtub to exit. Management has changed a couple times since I've been here, with new rules every time. When I first moved in ...the apartments included free water which changed when it was time to renew. I now get an extremely high, estimated water bill due to the fact that we have no meter. It's paid directly to the complex-not any legitimate water company. I'm not happy about that. The pool is nice although the bathrooms near the pool need a lot of attention. The tennis courts are run down and never used, but they just redid the racquetball courts but those are rarely used as well. My air conditioner broke last summer and it took them 3 months to replace it. In the meantime my electric bill skyrocketed to 300 or more dollars per month. Even after replacing the entire outside and inside AC units I was never offered any type of refund or discount. The apartments are clean, there is bug management if you request it but nothing on a regular basis. The laundry rooms are clean and were recently remodeled and updated with all new machines although there is no hot water available. Tell them to go they begin the process of pressure washing all the buildings in order to paint everything but have never actually followed through with the paint. They did come around and caulk any cracks or spots in the building to get ready for paint, and replaced any damaged siding with raw wood, but now it just looks really shabby and run down since it was never completed. All in all, it was cheap to get into, its clean, but thats about it. Im looking forward to moving when im able to.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
