Poor Communication & Despicable Maintenance
November 17, 2023It is common courtesy for landlords to give a 24 hour notice before entering an apartment, but Windsor Upon Stonecrest lately has been slacking with these notices and they seem to just expect the residents to deal with them coming and going whenever it is convenient for management. On top of the that, the maintenance crew is a joke. I’ve had staff mistakenly enter my apartment for repairs when it was a different unit needing repairs; I’ve had maintenance staff cause damage to my door and locks ...because their key didn’t work (to the lock they installed when I moved in..?). I don’t feel safe living here anymore, and it is definitely not worth the rates they are charging. I would recommend looking elsewhere to rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 15, 2023The apartments and community spaces are very nice and well-maintained. Any maintenance requests I've had have been taken care of within 24 hours. The management are incredibly kind and communicate quickly. There are also tons of community events that are super fun like food trucks, pizza parties, pie tastings, and more! Wonderful apartments

The property manager and their team are awesome always showing kindness and looking out for not only myself but others here as well . If I have a problem in my apartment maintenance is always on task they are very committed and they are very kind people here. Best Apartment Complex in Burlington
March 14, 2023Location, Location, Location! It's nice being tucked away but less than 5 minutes from anything we could ever need. In the summer and fall, you would never know you lived next to a strip mall. It's beautiful and cozy. Maintenance and leasing office team are all so nice and accommodating. June 24, 2022The management here is on top of things, always quick to respond, and very informative with any and all questions. Maintenance is always on time, super polite, and extremely professional. The location is terrific having every restaurant you could ever need and shopping centers all a rock's throw away. The residents are very nice people who look out for each other and are just overall good company. My only complaint with Windsor is the parking can get pretty nasty. I often get off work around 7 ...pm-8 pm and have to park in visitor parking which can be very frustrating after a long day.
