I love my floorplan and I feel safe and secure and happy here. All my friends are impressed and say they want to move here lol. The sense of security I feel and to be a part of such a welcoming community made the move totally worth it for me! I also love all of the amenities and how close in proximity to Wash park my new place is-not to mention how modern and tidy the actual units are. I have had a wonderful experience working with the office staff and you can tell they actually care about their residents here! May 24, 2024After about two years of complaining about the pigeon excrement on the second level of the parking structure entrance to the third floor, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. It's DISGUSTING. Not only is it on the ground it's also in the waiting area of the elevator. If you walk over just a short distance to the entrance of the third level to the B building, there are spikes above the entrance and the area is relatively clean. Why no spikes STILL TO THIS DAY have not been placed over the entrance to the C ...building is beyond me.
