Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.

This place has beat all my expectations. The move in process was easy, and the building is conveniently located and well maintained. I love my floorplan and I feel safe and secure and happy here. All my friends are impressed and say they want to move here lol. I hope they do, because life's pretty sweet at Windsor at Broadway Station!

This community could be so much better. It's very average in how it's run but could be great. Employees and management are in constant flux, which is likely why this is the case.

The decision to move into Windsor at Broadway station was a no-brainer. The sense of security I feel and to be a part of such a welcoming community made the move totally worth it for me! I also love all of the amenities and how close in proximity to Wash park my new place is-not to mention how modern and tidy the actual units are. After about two years of complaining about the pigeon excrement on the second level of the parking structure entrance to the third floor, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. It's DISGUSTING. Not only is it on the ground it's also in the waiting area of the elevator. If you walk over just a short distance to the entrance of the third level to the B building, there are spikes above the entrance and the area is relatively clean. Why no spikes STILL TO THIS DAY have not been placed over the entrance to the C ...
