Too pricey

March 29, 2021I've been living here for around 5 months. Here are some things I like about it: My cats like it, management is responsive and customer service oriented. I like that pest control leaves a note letting you know when someone has been in your apartment when not home. I am terrified of bugs and allergic to some of them so I'm pleased that I don't see any bugs in the apartment. I like the way the grounds look. They recently gave us new toilets and nest thermostats so they are making relevant ...upgrades. I look forward to when covid goes away so that we can return to office package pickup. I like that they return your calls and you can set up automatic payments. They also have a lockout service and management lives on site. It's super close to my work so I'm pleased with it. If I had it to do over again I might have waited for a hardwood floor apartment to open up vs. the carpet, but I'm generally happy here. Keep up the good work.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A Great Place to Live
February 27, 2021I've lived at Wood Gardens since June 2020, and I have nothing but great things to say. First of all, the staff is super friendly and always helpful! Last week, they put in new upgrades including the Google Nest thermostat ( to save on my power bill), a new toilet (doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is to me) and new LED lights. They are working on a huge area for a new dog park too that will be finished in a few weeks. Great Property
June 17, 2020I have a three bedroom two bathroom on property. Quiet Community, Plenty of parking, Great Layout, Pool is great place to relax on a hot summer day. If you make the mistake of living here, at least avoid AT&T
