March 28, 2018I have been here for 1 Year and haven't had any problem at all.. The staff is spectacular and very welcoming. If I ever had an maintenance issue which was very rare, I never had to wait for long. No loud noise, obnoxious people or crime. I love taking walks down in the rich people neighbor right across the street lol. I liven in Several apartments and Woodbridge is the best one!Property Manager Responded

February 15, 2018I’ve been here for two years now (in two different apartments, a 2bed and 1bed) and I have no complaints! These apartments are reasonably priced, the area is quiet, and coming home from work late at night I feel pretty safe. The maintence has always responded really quickly and professionally, and even just swinging by to pick up a package from the office, the staff has always made me feel very welcome. Keisha personally always takes time to ask me how I’m doing and is super sweet! The ...application process was pretty simple, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I honestly recommend living here, the only thing that’s ever bothered me in two years is the way my neighbor parks, lol.Property Manager Responded

DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME
June 14, 2017This is by far the WORST place to live in Central Texas... Keisha will rob you blind at move out. Thoroughly read what you are signing at move in time and don't let her rush you like she did me... Also, save your time trying to make payment arrangements... She'd rather send it to collections than to deal with me. Discrimination at its finest. Look how many apartments they have available. I'd rather be homeless...Review from Apartments.com
