WARNING AVOID AT ALL COSTS
January 13, 2025Living here was the same at living at a construction site. Constant harassment. Constant water shut offs. The management wont answer phone and are worried about potential renters. Then they throw a 790 move out charge at me for the most bogus reasons, WHILE still keeping my deposit which was around 500!!!!Property Manager Responded

December 27, 2024Woodlaand Trails is a great place. It IS a rather large c ommunity, but well maintained and quiet. The "trails" part is for real. There are walkways (trails) between the buildings. The manager Kelley is also very nice and always communicates with me very well answering all the questions I have.
