Residents are responsible for electric and a fixed monthly fee for water, trash and pest control in the 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. Fixed Water Rates: 1 Bedroom - $45 2 Bedroom - $70 3 Bedroom - $100 Admin Fee: $100 Residents are responsible for all utilities in the 3 bedroom townhomes. A gross income of at least three times the monthly rent rate 2. No outstanding or delinquent accounts with utility service providers. 3. A credit score of at least 575. 4. No previous evictions in the past 7 years 5. No violent felonies ever or non-violent felonies in the past 7 years 6. April 11, 2021This complex looks great online. I loved it the minute I saw it! Unfortunately I’ve reached out to them so many times via email and phone, I even visited the complex in person but to no avail, they don’t respond! I don’t understand how a business NEVER answers their phone when I’ve called multiple different times throughout a day. Very disappointed because I looked forward to calling this home.Review from Apartments.com
