October 11, 2024Beautiful living space, friendly neighbors, quiet private area of Noda, and awesome leasing staff. The train tracks are right next door so its sometimes loud in the middle of the night and it is a little expensive but totally worth it to be in the heart of Noda and feel as though you have a private community.Property Manager Responded

September 9, 2024We just moved in to Yards at NoDa a week ago. We toured several different properties and chose Yards because of the beautiful green space, excellent resident reviews, nice floor plans, friendly and professional management team and general laid back / chill vibe. Also, dog friendly community. We haven’t done any of the community events yet, but it is very cool that they do events with residents each month. Our unit is beautiful and clean. There were a couple of items that needed maintenance ...attention (nothing major) when we moved in. Raleigh was very helpful in getting those move-in maintenance requests submitted and Adam G did an excellent job fixing everything on the maintenance request in a timely and professional manner. We already can tell we made the right choice and can’t wait to explore all that NoDa has to offer. Also, we love that Yards is close to everything walking-wise, yet tucked away enough to not be a loud community!Property Manager Responded

Great Experience and Place
July 6, 2024Just moved into the Yards at Noda. Ever since I stepped into the leasing office, I knew I found my home. I met Raleigh who showed me around and was so warm and welcoming. This was the first place I found where the leasing agent really wanted to help me find a home and not just an apartment. The entire leasing process was easy, and Raleigh was always there to answer questions and put my mind at ease. On move in day I met Dhianny and Katie. They were also incredibly welcoming.
