We do not allow the following aggressive breeds/mixes at our communities, including, but not limited to: Rottweiler, Chow, Presa Canario, Doberman, Akita, Pit Bulls (Also known as American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or Bull Terrier).

Dogs PolicyWe do not accept aggressive breeds. Breeds that are deemed aggressive include, but are not limited to, Dalmatian, Chow Chow, Bull Terrier, Wolf-Dog Hybrid, Doberman Pinschers, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherd, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls and Great Danes.

Mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also prohibited.

Dogs PolicyWe do not allow Pit Bulls or any mix combination of this breed. Based on our communitys location, there may be other breed restrictions that we follow in accordance with laws and local ordinances.
