You can also try one of their original salads, including the sunomono salad, with Japanese cucumber, wakame and carrots, tsunami salad, with either chicken, shrimp or tuna on a bed of mixed green and avocado, or salads of seaweed or squid. Their noodle soups are also a great options, including wakame, or seaweed in soy broth, shrimp andd vegetable tempura in soy broth, grilled chicken or charbroiled beff in soy broth, all served with either udon (flat wide noodles) or soba (thin buckwheat noodles).
