Bothell Overview

Bothell is a gorgeous suburb of Seattle that offers its residents quiet and affordable residences within a stone’s throw of the employment opportunities and cultural amenities of the greater Seattle area. This suburban community also offers its own great attractions with beautiful parks, strong school system, and bustling downtown sector. 

Why live in Bothell, WA?

Bothell is similar to a lot of small Pacific Northwestern towns in that it prioritizes green spaces, facilitates a good business environment for entrepreneurs, and boasts a strong school system (it is, in fact, home to both Cascadia College and University of Washington, Bothell campus). But it also has its own charm that draws people here rather than to other Seattle suburbs and neighborhoods and part of its charm is its focus on kindness and being neighborly.
