Our homes all feature Ring doorbell cameras and custom-coded keyless entries,so you can rest easy knowing your security is top notch. You won't be shelling out big bucks each day to park in a twisty multi-story deck either,as all of our properties have free off- or on-street parking. Our bread and butter is providing medium-term housing for productions filming in and around Atlanta. The property is conveniently located just off Freedom Park trail, offering an easy stroll to Inman Park's finest restaurants and shops. This home is perfect for film and production needs, offering bulk discounts, tailored services, and seamless tax credit assistance. The space is beautifully designed with a keen eye for detail, featuring cozy mattresses, 100% cotton linens, fluffy down pillows, and proper fitted sheets. Enjoy a full kitchen, laundry, fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and total privacy during your stay. Security is top-notch with Ring doorbell cameras and custom-coded keyless entries. Free off- or on-street parking is available. The use of the hot tub facilities comes with logistics, expectations, responsibilities, and inherent risks that need to be acknowledged prior to use. The hot tub will be drained and empty and is only available for use for an additional fee that depends on size and frequency of service. Dogs are allowed with a fee of $250 for the first dog and $100 for the second. Pet damages are the guest's responsibility. An extra $5 per night fee applies for charging electric vehicles using the home's electricity. Inman Park is a leafy area known for its vibrant food scene, with hip brunch spots, cafes, and wine bars clustered around the Eastside BeltLine Trail. The area also features Krog Street Market, artisan bakeries, and food stalls in a refurbished factory. The neighborhood's history as Atlanta’s first planned suburb is reflected in its Victorian homes and landscaped Springvale Park. The property is within walking distance to Freedom Park trail, Little Five Points, and the Beltline, and it's a quick stroll to Atlanta's largest outdoor farmers market. Parties are strictly prohibited, and violators face eviction, a $1000 fine, and additional fees. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM, and failure to comply may result in a fine of one night's rent. Indoor smoking is fined $1500 plus ozone remediation costs, and lost revenue may apply. Late check-out incurs fees and potential eviction. Unauthorized guests are not allowed, and fines apply for undisclosed guests. The minimum booking age is 25, with exceptions possible under certain conditions. A laptop computer is not included.
