Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, tissues, or excess toilet paper should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains. If found that these cause plumbing issues, charges may apply. There may be times where the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided, and access to the property may be required after providing 24-hour written notice.
