The Carriage House sits over the garage and offers a welcoming retreat. This property sits behind a cottage-style house that is also rented out. You will have access to beautiful grass out front of the Carriage House. Once you enter up the stairs, the Carriage House opens up to the living room and kitchen. There are two beautiful queen-sized bedrooms and one full bathroom, providing a comfortable and inviting space. Pets are welcome in this home. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A non-refundable pet fee is required for all pets. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located on a large lot in a quiet residential neighborhood, you will feel right at home in this peaceful setting. The Carriage House is conveniently situated in the back of the property, offering privacy and tranquility. You will have keypad access via the front door. The check-in and check-out process is automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility. While we do not live on site, there may be guests at the farmhouse in the front of the property who have access to the yard. We are always available by phone and can have someone assist you if needed. Guests must be 21 years of age to book. A signed rental agreement is required. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
