The updated kitchen features tiled countertops, free-standing electric range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The primary bedroom features direct access to the semi-enclosed solarium. One bedroom has an attached bath with stall shower. The primary bedroom and third bedroom share a hall bath with shower over tub. The spacious laundry area is equipped with a washer and dryer. A partial finished basement is available to be used for limited storage, please note this is not to be used for living quarters. This space is equipped with a dehumidifier and it is the tenant’s responsibility to empty this on every other day basis. One indoor cat will be considered and subject to owner approval.
