The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home include a primary bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed. The full bathroom is equipped with all linens and towels, except for hot tub towels. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The home is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. Located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a good vibe, sidewalks are everywhere, making it easy to walk around. You'll be conveniently located just 36 miles from DFW Airport, 20 miles to downtown Dallas, and 37 miles from the AT&T Stadium. Rowlett offers plenty to see and do, including Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, Six Flags Over Texas, and other attractions within a short drive. Walking is good for strolls, but a vehicle is recommended for getting around. The home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants, with a local Walmart just 1.7 miles away. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a violation incurring a $500 fine. Only registered guests are permitted during your rental period, and any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund. The hot tub technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. For security, there are two cameras installed: one at the front door overlooking the yard and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7, with no cameras inside the house. The landscaper visits once a week, and pest control service is conducted at least once a month.
