Upstairs there is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, cabinet storage in the hallway, and two bedrooms with ceiling fans. Rent does not include utilities, renter's insurance (required). There is a non-refundable $50 application fee for all adults over 18 and move-in costs include rent, security deposit of one-month’s rent (cleaning will be deducted at move-out), $12.95 renter’s insurance, and $100 setup fee.
