Cats PolicyOwner reserves the right to limit the number, type, size or breed of any pet. Owner considers a pet to be a dog, cat, fish (up to 10 gal. tanks). Snakes, spiders, ferrets, rabbits or any other type of animal, domestic or wild, are not considered to be pets and are not allowed. The following breeds of dogs are not permitted at anytime: Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Huskies, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, or any other breed of dog that is known to be dangerous or not permitted by local ordnance.

Cats PolicyOnly two pets per unit. Pets may not weigh more than 50lbs. All animals must be registered and approved by the office. Restricted Breeds: Doberman Pinscher, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Wolf dogs, Wolf Hybrids, Presa Canario (Canary dog), Akita, German Shepherd, Husky, Mastiff, Alaskan Malamute, Bullmastiff, and exotic pets/animals such as snakes, pot-bellied pigs, and any and all illegal pets/animals. Landlord shall determine whether an animal is considered exotic.
