All the neighbors surrounding this house are rude and inconsiderate, except the person living to the right of us (if you are facing the street, from the house). Major noise. Neighbor across the street with the big truck blasts music from his truck and revs his engine every single day for hours, making the house shake and vibrate. Neighbors cuss you out and threaten you if you park in front of their house when you have guests. Neighborhood children take things from your yard and just leave then in the middle of the street. Children also hit your car with balls when they play, so beware. The nosey (and high) neighbor on the corner always drives by the house and sits in her car staring at the house and people(whoever stands outside). During the winter time, spiders infest the kitchen. Side Note: If you have outside cats, don't let them outside while living here. You won't see them again. In the end, the company who owns this house, said they would be raising our rent $300 dollars if we wanted to renew the lease. We only rented this house because we were running out of time to find another place to live. The only upsides I can think of are, there were no roaches, my nieces school was right around the corner, it has a built in alarm system, and it has decent size rooms. PS: The neighbors seem nice at first, but you can tell something is off with them. You will find that out later, if you rent this property.
