PET POLICY: Maximum two dogs allowed with non-refundable $300/pet fee per pet. NO CATS. Some weight/breed restrictions apply. All service and support animals permitted by law with appropriate paperwork provided. All Tenants must complete a profile prior to tenancy - additional fees may apply. This rental is intended for a 12 month lease. This is a non-smoking unit. Rent: $1,650/mo. Security deposit: $1,650. First month and security deposit required for move-in. Income/work verification, rental history verification and background check required on all applicants age 18+. Renters insurance required for all applicants.
