The property is equipped with a Ring Video Doorbell at the front door and facing the pool equipment in the back, with no cameras viewing the inside of the property or the pool area. The home is classed as "self-providing," meaning no food or products that could attract pests are left behind. A basic package of essentials is provided to start your vacation needs. Windsor Hills has a strict 3-car maximum policy for registered guests, including daily visitors. Daily visitors are not allowed to use the clubhouse amenities, which are reserved for guests staying on the property. Windsor Hills has scheduled clubhouse pool resurfacing from September 1st to October 6th, 2024, but the water park will remain open during this time.
