The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to make a big breakfast before an adventure-filled day in Orlando. The villa also offers access to a community outdoor pool, fitness center, and volleyball and tennis courts. The resort offers a swimming pool and gym for an extra fee of $100 plus tax per group per day. This fee is charged only if you use the clubhouse. To book your pass, go directly to the concierge. There is also a $30 cleaning fee for the grill to keep it in top shape for all guests. A shuttle service is available upon request at the concierge for an additional fee. Located in the heart of Orlando, this villa is just 8 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World, and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Self check-in and check-out are available, and while in-person assistance is not provided, support is available through the messaging app. The villa is a self-catering home.
