The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is wood burning, and for safety reasons, we do not provide wood and ask guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval.
