The city does inspections and will enforce this code and so we cannot let more than 3 unrelated people move into a place with zoning that doesn't allow that. No AirBnB or renting out rooms or other similar subletting Tenants are not allowed to use the property as an AirBnB and cannot sub-rent out rooms or some or all of the space in any way. Number of Pets Allowed by Landlord Our pet policy for most properties is that 1 pet is possible if the tenant has a credit score of 700 or more. Tenants are required to immediately pay an additional $300 pet deposit and additional $25 per month per pet rent. Minimum Credit Score for All Applicants Good credit required.
