The spacious bedrooms all contain comfortable furniture and lavish bedding, perfect for getting a good night’s rest after a long day. The main bedroom has direct access to the backyard, and the beautiful main bathroom features a double vanity and a huge walk-in shower. All bathrooms are equally amazing with stunning tiles and modern finishes. The fully fenced backyard offers a private oasis with comfy patio furniture under the porch and pergola, as well as seating under the sun. The large swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days. Pets are welcome with a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and send alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is not recording nor storing sound data. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. A laptop computer is not included.
