The home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a kids' bedroom and shared bathroom downstairs, a master bedroom with a private en-suite, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom upstairs. Facilities include access to BBQ pits, picnic tables, sand volleyball, and a playground, as well as a small clubhouse offering a TV lounge, gym, and community pool. Pool heating is available for $35 per day, with at least a week's notice required for coordination. Parking allows for up to two cars in the driveway and two cars on the street. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. Coffee is not provided, but a coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available. If anything is missing, contact us immediately upon check-in for restocking. Self check-in and check-out are available, and while we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and accommodate to the best of our ability. A laptop computer is not included.
