No excessive financial obligations. No negative remarks, late payments, nor creditor collection on credit history. No past eviction. No criminal nor substance record. Each adult occupant 18 and over needs to fill out a separate application. Each applicant 18 years of age and over will be required to show and send a US government photo I.D. (e.g., a driver's license or other government issued photo identification card). Each applicant needs to provide: 1) criminal background check, credit report and score, eviction report, 2) previous two-year landlord references, and 3) proof of income and employment for the two recent months (i.e., two recent months of complete bank statements and two recent months of paystubs). Each applicant will pay the fee for criminal background check, credit report and score, and eviction report. Please apply through Zillow or Avail application.
