The property features 6 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups. The apartment includes a living room, a dining room, a game room with games, and a large kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the private pool and hot tub with the option to add heat, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. The outdoor patio comes with a grill and loungers, and there is free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. If you would like to add pool/hot tub heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. An ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions, Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought-after community. The property is just a couple of minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, it's just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Security cameras are installed in certain areas of the property (front of the house and both sides) to ensure the privacy and security of guests. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300.
