(b) self-employed – year to date income report and two most recent years of tax returns will be required along with two most recent bank statements. (c) Any other forms of income may require a benefit letter. 5. Photo Identification is required. 6. NO Co-signers. 7. NO PETS unless authorized. 8. We follow state and federal fair housing laws.
