2 Pet Limit - Pets- We are not able to accommodate the following full or mixed breeds: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid, Bullmastiff (Presa Canario), German Shepherd, Pit Bull Mixes, Akita, Chow, and Doberman. Limit of 2 pets, pet fee, pet deposit, and monthly pet rent will apply. We do not have a weight limit. 1 pet = $150 deposit and $350 non-refundable fee, 2 pets = $250 deposit, $450 non-refundable fee.

We Welcome Your Cats and Dogs Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply with a weight limit of up to 80 pounds per animal. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per home. There is a pet fee of $300.00 per pet, and a monthly pet rent of $15.00 per animal.
