Atlanta apartment-ites love to dance, and with so many clubs and bars around town featuring hopping music and gigantic dance floors, they usually won't go without shaking their groove thing for long. If you want the best in Atlanta dancing, however, you've got to try the Velvet Room. One of the most popular nightclubs in Atlanta, the floor is always busy and electric, and the drinks are half-bad either. So what keeps the crowd so alive at The Velvet Room? Well, it helps that all of the DJs are at the top of their game, spinning out the hits one right after the other. If you don't like what you're hearing, you can just wait and enjoy a drink, and the next song is sure to be something worthy for you to dance to. Sometimes you can find big celebrities making their way to the DJ stage as well, including acts as big as P. Diddy. With such big names coming out in support of this place, why not make it your stop for your dancing needs. So, the DJs are always on the top of their game, but how's the crowd? Sure, it's big, but bigger does not always mean better. At so many clubs, they may pack them in, but the floor is not ready for all of the people wanting to get their groove on, so you're stuck with something more resembling an orgy than a dance floor. The Velvet Room has it just right, with a spacious dance floor to provide ample space for your move-bustin' needs, even on their most crowded nights. Where can you go when you're exhausted from all the dancing? Well, those celebrities or hob-nobbers out there can make their way over to the VIP area, but for those of you almost, or not quite, famous, you can cozy up to the bar and have one of their delicious drinks, from bartenders who always know what they're doing. Pay attention to when you go, because they fantastic drink specials almost every day of the week. Cheap drinks, a big floor, and some of the biggest names in music making appearances, The Velvet Room is one of the hottest joints in Atlanta. Apartment-ites aren't going to find a better place to find the music to keep them moving in Atlanta, so why even try anyplace else.
